There are no strict rules, but a few tips will help your wine and food complement each other.

  • Chardonnay and Temjanika – chilled, with fish, seafood, salads and light dishes.
  • Chardonnay Barrique – with fish in sauce, seafood and creamy dishes.
  • Merlot – slightly chilled or at room temperature, with pasta, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
  • Vranec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Barrique and the coupage – at room temperature, with grilled meats, traditional and hearty dishes and mature cheeses.

The 0.375 L bottle is a great choice when you want to try several wines in one evening. And the most important rule: drink what you enjoy!
